Catamount Film & Arts Center

Okay, I am connected to this place: I love everyone who works here, and I teach dance here. But no one asked me to write this review, and no knows that I am. So, Yelp crew, delete me if you see fit--but I hope you let this stay. Because Catamount is awesome; they were awesome long before I got here and will continue to be awesome after I am gone.

Everyone who works here is smart, fun, and easy to get along with. It is a great place to just hang out and get a coffee (they have a public computer, so you can check your email, too).

Catamount provides a home for artists through their gallery, their studios, and their practice and performance spaces. The films, performances, art opening, and classes are nourishment in an otherwise arts-starved location.

Matthew A is right: this is a community gem. If you are visiting, visit Catamount! If you live here, move right in!
