Let me start this way, we're lake people. We were in from Houston and wanted to sit outside and enjoy the view of Cedar Creek Lake despite it being low. Â We were greeted by the bartender telling us we could sit anywhere, we opted for the patio since it was smoky inside. Â After sitting outside for at least 15 minutes we still didn't have drinks, not even water. Â The waitress came out to check on others. Did she stop by our table? Â Nope. Needless to say, we left. If you want to be ignored, go here!!
Review Source:Location is wrong in Yelp; it is located on the 334 causeway half way across the lake, between 7 Points and Gun Barrel City. One of our favorite places at the lake, with a beautful open water view that goes on for miles.
The food is great and the service is too. We usually go for lunch and sit outside. There is a bar which can at rimes be a bit smoky, but plenty of outside covered and uncovered seating.
Salmon is great and aso are the sandwiches. Â There is a live band on weekends. Nice local place with friendly owners; you can even come by boat!
