We moved to this area about 6 months ago. We love finding little small town bars/restaurants to eat at. I can say that I am happy we found this place. We have been twice on a Sunday evening to watch the Stanley Cup playoffs. Great service, food was above average, and the people there make for a warm, inviting place to spend a few hours.
The only complaint I have is the patio. It feels cramped, and uncomfortable. If they could find a way to eliminate that issue, I would give 5 stars.
Either way, I recommend you try the Teriyaki  Wings, they are amazing!
Do yourself a favor and avoid the aggravation. Eat somewhere else. Ordered the fish and chips. Just plain lousy for $11... Overcooked, not battered but some sort of cornmeal breading. Wife got a burger; frozen patty right off the Sysco truck. Indifferent wait staff. Â Why bother when Blondie's is a half mile away?
Review Source:My husband and a coworker like to meet here after work occasionally. I join them now and then. It is a great place to grab a beer and some appetizers at the end of the day. Â We like the way the wait staff take responsibility for every table, so we are never invisible when we need something.
You won't find much in the way of low calorie options here, but I just eat less and focus on the people. Enjoy your relaxing time with friends, maybe a beer, and some good food.
BTW, if you are not into playing bingo, I'd recommend avoiding Monday evenings. The last Monday we were there, the whole place was full, and we were the only table not playing bingo. It felt odd continuing our conversation when everyone else was listening to the numbers being announced.
