Ok,so I take my wife there last night and I try a two meat platter, the ribs were ok,but had some strange breading or rub on them. The brisket was a little tough and wasn't the best flavor.
On a good point the rolls, mashed potatoes and okra were great tasting and had big portions! Also my wife had a baked potato and they didn't add a charge for loading it.She was also impressed that it had real bacon, rather than the bits that most places have.

Personally I thought $1.89 was a little steep for a glass of tea,but it tasted real good, but what bothered us was that the manager acted like my wife was a weirdo for wanting to know what each thing cost when we paid out Also the girl at the register almost shorted us a dollar, then caught her mistake. If you have to beg for tips I'll not give you one. Hey its our $$,we wanted to know what it was costing us.

The wait staff did a real good job and were very accommodating.

Passing through on our way to southeast Oklahoma, we stopped by for a Saturday lunch and all signs pointed to "go"---a very busy place with lots of locals seemed like a good sign. The atmosphere is fun; it looks like someone took their collection of musical memorabilia and hung it up all over the repurposed gas station.

Took a while for us to get noticed.  Several staff glanced our way and went about their business before someone finally dropped off menus.

The digital sign outside promoted their BBQ, but it is definitely not a specialty. We waited almost half an hour for half orders of ribs and brisket with sides of coleslaw and grilled zucchini and were underwhelmed. The meat on both our plates was gray and tough.  Could barely cut the brisket and there was little taste to the meat itself. Don't know what kind of BBQ sauce they are doctoring up, but it was okay. Even at that, it couldn't make the meat any better.

The coleslaw was flat tasting. The creamy dressing in it tasted almost soapy.  The grilled zucchini was good, but there was so little of it!  We left over half our meal on our plate and went to Sonic for emergency rations so we could get back on the road.

While working in the area we had the opportunity to visit Chaddar's several times.  Excellent, friendly service.  And great food.  Their omelet's and breakfast fare was very good.
