First of all, I should have known better than to go to a Thai/sushi bar in Greeneville, TN. Secondly, there was no one else in there when we went in at 12:30 on a Thursday afternoon. There's nothing impressive (or Asian) about the interior either, and upon entering, a teenage girl told us to sit where we wanted to- easy enough, since it was completely empty.
She brought us menus and took our drink order, and seconds after she left a very young (maybe 5 or 6) little girl ran up to my 9 month old baby and scared him. I'm assuming she belonged to one of the owner's- who was sitting at a table in the back with her head laying down on the table. The little girl didn't speak to me or my friend but poked and stared at my son. It was odd. I looked back over at the table where the woman had been resting and she was gone... My friend finally asked a waitress to take the girl back to her people. I'm not a child-hater, but it was weird and I didn't know her, and really didn't want her lingering awkwardly around my son while we ate. That doesn't make me a bad person, right?
Moving along, the waitress brought us our drinks and we had a couple questions about the menu, to which the waitress couldn't answer. She wasn't at all knowledgeable about the menu, what kind of salad dressings they had or anything, really, that would help. Left to our own devices, we chose items that, for a Thai restaurant, you would think they couldn't mess up.
I ordered a spicy tuna roll that was not spicy, but VERY fishy. I've eaten good sushi before, and this was awful. My friend ordered  the spider roll was tasted better but wasn't at all what I'd had before, either. I also ordered Sweet and Sour chicken. It was breaded meat heavily saturated in a tangy sauce. After the sushi, though, I wasn't expecting a miracle.
Their service, while friendly, wasn't up to par with a "real" restaurant, The food was barely mediocre, but edible if you're starving. DO NOT order the sushi. In fact, I would bypass this restaurant altogether. You're better off just hitting the gas station Wendy's on the corner.
