Having read a write-up in our local paper about the new decor and new menu, I decided to give the place one more try. The food is just as bad as ever. So disappointing. The bok choy tasted burned because the garlic was scorched, and the ma po tofu was sweet rather than spicy and savory. Ugh. My daughter ordered chow fun (what they call "rice noodles" on their menu and which give you a clue as to what discerning and educated palates the average customers must have) and the noodles were undercooked and hard, and stuck together. And for a rice noodle dish, there were surprisingly few noodles; given the quality perhaps that was a good thing.
Review Source:Awesome place to eat, great local "owner operated" service!!! Â All food is FRESH! Â Would eat here every night. Â I travel for work all over the U.S., & this is one of the BEST Chinese restaurants found so far, really quiet place too!!! Â Very cheap price for the food, a very rare find.
