After the Fireside took a nosedive in quality, this is probably the best place to eat in Georgetown. Food is very basic home-style. Â It is a real family affair, and rightly so, since Grandma is in the back working her magic and the granddaughter is out front front waiting tables! Â But it is unfair to have a bakery in the restaurant. Do you know how hard it is to resist those homemade fried pies with them just looking at you? Â Seriously, the food is good, generous, and very well prepared.
