I am giving two stars instead of one because of the atmosphere. It is a cute place and I so badly wanted it to have good food. The artichoke appetizer was outstanding. However the steak I ordered medium rare came out really, really dry and almost well. There is no greater mistake that to cook something so long that meat is ruined. It was horrible. The baked potato I got was not cooked properly either, as it was closer to raw. The waitress was also terrible. No personality and I had to ask her if there was  any specials and had to keep asking her to fill up my water glass.  She seemed almost shy or even scared of people. Really strange. For dessert we got the carrot cake and it must have been two weeks old because it was like chewing chalk.  Like I said before, this area desperately needs a more upscale place, but this one failed miserably.
