  I've gotten take out from China Wok twice and it's been good both times.  It's standard Chinese take out fare--nothing that excels, but it's well made.  Serving sizes are almost too large.  There definitely was enough left over for the family to have another meal the next evening.
  
  I ordered their Triple Delight with garlic sauce which was listed as hot and spicy on their menu.  It was mildly hot but they gave me a small container of red pepper sesame oil and I needed to use it to get the spiciness I wanted.  Two family members shared a large Moo Goo Gai Pan.  They wished there had been more garlic as it was a little bland.  The 4th meal ordered was General Tso's chicken and the person asked for it mild--not spicy as indicated on the menu.  It was mild but it was chicken more like sweet and sour pork or sesame chicken without the sour or the sesame.  It was very sweet.
  
  If I were in Forest City again, I'd order from them again but I'd make sure I specified parameters better.
