This place is a dive, I get it.
But I have visited dozens of dives in South Jersey AC area and this one was deplorable on the service scale.
I had friends living up and down Delilah Road and when we were underage this was the go-to place for packaged goods AKA a 30 pack of Natty Ice and they never failed in that department...it's good for that reason meaning dozens of times we'd bribe drunken patrons to pick us up a case. I'm not advocating illegal activities, I was just another dumb kid trying to party...
But now that I'm legal I decided to stop in and give the bar a try. I went there last year and my date and I ordered chicken sandwiches which were pricey and sub par to say the least....
I returned there for a "reunion" of sorts with a handful of the Delilah Road party comrades from back in the day on a Wednesday night a few months back.  Bad time. Despite the place looking mediocre at best, it was Plagued by the horrible, rude trailer park patrons and bitter, resentful old bartenders. It took almost twenty minutes to even get an acknowledgement from either of them and the place wasn't packed. That didn't mean anything because the noise level was atrocious and even worse, it was karaoke night. Sitting through a mongoloids rendition of "I Will Survive" was particularly unpleasant.

I must reiterate that the service was god-awful and the bartender addressed me as if I were a cheap 50 cent whore, "Well? What are you getting!"

I ordered a round of Jack Daniels straight up, and the helpings were meager and he practically threw the glasses our way spilling half the containments... "$34" with both hands on the bar leaning toward me and glaring. He was such a nasty old asshole that we did our shots and left without tip. This is a once or twice in my life occurrence. I never stiff. I am a cocktail server and I know the perils of this. But I could not bring myself to tip for this downright deplorable service. We left immediately, encountered by a hoard of wildebeests smoking cigarettes, wasted out-of-control half breeds, who hollered at my group and I was practically groped when I attempted to get down the ramp toward our vehicles.

This place was so bad it was unreal. I guess it's karma for illegal underage drinking from the place.

I went to see a band Friday night around 1130. What did I walk into? The band was packing up and there was a bad vibe in the bar. I noticed some patrons arguing with the staff and later found out that the band wasn't being paid.  Being a musician myself I left after one drink. Nobody should support any bar that treats hard working musicians like that. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Oh, Christi's. The standardest of standard. The diviest of divey. I don't really have anything bad to say about this bar. It's just that there's really nothing about it that stands out. It's average. And sometimes, average is all you need.

Christi's is located on the (former) Cardiff circle, and let me tell you: it was a bitch to navigate then, and it's a bitch to navigate now. Something to consider when planning to hang out at Christi's...this really isn't the place you want to be leaving after you've had a few too many. Not that you would drink and drive.....

This place was a strip club back in the day, before Governor Whitman decided she didn't want the first thing people saw after landing at ACY to be a strip joint. Check out their original all-wood bar; you can still see the marks from the dancer's heels! Now THAT'S authenticity!

Beer selection is average. I've found a few times I've been there that their Yuengling keg has been tapped at, like, 8pm, and they wouldn't have any more for the rest of the night. Really disappointing and poor planning. The drinks are cheap, though. Not much of a variety in the liquor department, and I think Stoli is about as fancy as they get. Food is decent; it's standard bar food. Most of it is either fried or of the sandwich variety.

There are pool tables and a digital jukebox. They also have DJs, karaoke, and live music on certain nights. There's also a separate "sports grille" area attached to the bar that I've never seen occupied, or even open for business. They sell packaged goods as well.

I have met some very interesting characters at Christis. This place is just fine if you're looking to get drunk cheap and take home a skank. I mean that in the nicest way possible. I like Christi's, it's just not my first choice.
