Cloud 9 is a nice , large, classy place that sells high end pieces. As well as budget pieces.
Cloud 9 usually has what I'm looking for and the ladies that work there are sexy & knowledgable.
Hookah lounge is nice too,
I'm stoked they carry brands like Hitman, Sheldon black, and Mobius ! Plus all the concentrate supplies. Bought a volcano vaporizer off em. Won a free Hitman water pipe on 4/20/2012 !!!!!!

My friend and I had a good smoking experience here. We came in initially to check out their pieces, and ended up buying some Strikingly Fresh brand shisha in mango. I can buy the same brand at my local shop for $9 and this was $11, so that was a little disappointing. Their pieces seemed pretty fairly priced, though, and I liked that a lot of them were advertised for their 'out the door' price. We decided to come back later that night to smoke. The check in offer and recent lowering of their prices brought our hookah sesh to a grand total of $11! That was a pretty sweet deal. The couches are super comfy, the waterpipe was massive, the tobacco seemed to be high quality, and the service was pretty good. Best of all, they played awesome music and my friend and I had a good time chilling there.
Review Source:i love this place buy all my stuff here and once the guys get to know you there they really hook u up and have a lot of knowledge with all the question i had on their stock, they are always really willing to order stuff and they have MOBIUS which are by far the best glass of all time roor/ lux/illies are great but mobius is just that much better than them i love them but thats enough about the shop, this is by far the best place on the central coast and they really really go out of their way to make sure you are happy just straight up class here.

Cloud 9 is a pretty cool hookah bar. Considering that this is the only hookah bar I've been to, I wont compare it to any others. In any case, this place is fun. There is a really great selection of flavors and equipment for your hookah at home. The service is good, and the atmosphere is cool. There's always cool music playing.

Glass is a bit pricey from what I could tell, but there's some quality pieces. The actual hookah session was priced reasonably.
Great place to just go chill and kill a little bit of time. The atmosphere is modern, fun, yet laid back and relaxing. The smoke shop is surrounded by cases of glass tobacco accessories that are made locally, and I've never purchased a bad piece from here. The staff is great, the munchies snacks are excellent, and it is overall just a great place to hang out. They even have board games such as chess and checkers to play while smoking, and for everything you get, the price is excellent.

Check it out during the day for happy-hour pricing. Â They use Starbuzz tobacco and have massive waterpipes, so you get a great smoke.
Some will say that the prices are a little high, especially for the pipes, but this is true inasmuch as that the service and selection are of the highest quality. Â I definitely anticipate spending my money here for a long time to come.
Fantastic! Â The selection is all right there in front of you, no secret rooms or anything to enter. Â The staff is helpful and straightforward, and the vibe is nice and chill. Â We live in the bay area, would never think of going anywhere else for our smoke shop needs. Â Love this place!

Review Source:The last time I wrote a review for this place, I was a creeper who just 'hung out' at cloud9.... I am now happy to say that there are many more like me (but less creepy!) I've made so so so many friends here and had so many great memories here! ALL of the people who work here are genuinely AWESOME people (and who also put up with my always being around.) Now that I have moved out of slo, I am finding myself without anything to do on certain nights of the week, and craving some hookah! The flavors here are also super awesome! I love this place!! I almost cried when I left it for the "last" time, but I will for sure be back! Maybe my first stop when i get into town? I know it was my dad's and sister's first stop a couple times! (yes, i love thisplace so much i took my dad and sister here)
