Clubhouse At Eagle Ridge

I grew up on this course and ate thousands of meals at this club when it was good ole SHCC.  I like their new digs and I wish them luck, but they need help.  The food was not good and you can tell there is no passion for what they are doing.  The servers were great and they seem to care, but they're not getting the support from neither the kitchen nor management.  

Do yourself a favor and hire a professional consultant (outside of Paris) or start studying shows like Restaurant Impossible or Kitchen Nightmares to get ideas on what to do and what not to do.  I guarantee it will help...

Y'all have a good location and a community that will support you if you can figure out how to do it right.  

Back in the day eating at the club was a bi-weekly ritual and the place was always packed (and the place was a dump back then).  Take advantage of the great opportunity with the new building and kick it up a notch (or two)...

This place is our favorite.  We really enjoy the buffalo chicken soup as well as the grown-up grilled cheese sandwich.  For the most part the service is wonderful and the view is amazing looking out onto the golf course, sometimes there is a server working that is absolutely poor in her service.  Regardless of that though if you can avoid her whenever she is working then you will be great.  This is a great place to go to whenever you are in Paris.
