  We visit Collinsville fairly often.  Love to take a motorcycle ride out for dinner and ice cream.
  
  This is NOT fancy in any way - it's a simple greasy spoon type place.  But, service is always good, the food is always tasty.  Love the soft serve ice cream!  My favorites are peanut butter, raspberry and pumpkin (in the fall).  I think they also do peach soft serve seasonally.
  Try the cheese steaks, chili dogs and fries w/cheese.
  Gets crowded at times - the inside is fairly small.
  Prices are pretty reasonable.
