Comfort Inn

They had bed bugs! I figured I would get that out of the way right up front. I woke up in the middle of the night to find bed bugs crawling all over me (I was bitten over 3 dozen times). The woman at the front desk gave us a refund, but since then dealing with the general manager has been terrible. He has not once apologized, and been nothing but rude, sarcastic, and completely unhelpful. Additionally, he has lied to me multiple times (which I confirmed with the County Board of Environmental Health and Choice Hotels corporate office). They knew they had bed bugs in the hotel and did not warn us. I wouldn't want my worst enemy to stay here.
