I'll give the 2010 update, as I see the other reviews were from 2008 & 2009!
Common Grounds is still the place to hang out in Longville. It's my destination when I go walking with girlfriends and it's my husband's 'Office' when he's at the cabin.
Always a smiling face behind the counter, consistently tastey food. (though the chicken cashew sandwich needs pepper added) and entertaining atmosphere - inside and out.
When in Longville, this is the place to hang out. Coffee, tea, breakfast, lunch, desserts and more. They  have live music on the weekends and wonderful "grounds" outside including a little playhouse for the kids, a garden and a walking path. Also, they have wireless access for those of you who can't separate yourself from the digital world. The place is built like a log cabin, except with a modern flair. Art hangs from the walls, murals are painted everywhere (the bathrooms are entertainly decorated). Finally, they have a book exchange and sell arts and crafts from local artists, which are on display. All of these things attracted us when they first came to Longville. Common Grounds is a welcome addition to this small town and I hope they are here to stay.
