  The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. it often takes far to long to ring customers up, and often ignore people standing in line.
  
  I once waited to place an order for a new menu item that was not on the "Paper menu Fill out form." After being ignored by the deli worker, she rudely snapped at me saying "You can fill it out on the paper!"
