  This ice cream shop is a seasonal nostalgic spot.
  
  Step up to the window or head inside to the counter to order an infinite combination of ice cream and added candy, fruit and flavorings. They will make any concoction you can dream up and won't nickle and dime you to death. It's nearly impossible to spend $5 on an ice cream loaded with items. They advertise 52 flavor combinations that are not on your average menu. All made with a chocolate or vanilla base.
  
  They have a machine that squishes all the ingredients together to create what is essentially a Blizzard before Dairy Queen ever existed.
  
  We ordered a chocolate, peanut butter, Butterfinger, cookie dough. It was amazing. It's the most intensely flavored soft-serve ever. Their machine doesn't leave many chunks, it actually melds all the ingredients into one mass.
  
  The staff is made up of local young people and headed up by someone's grandmother.
  
  When I'm in the area and I've already purchased a frosty from Wendy's just in time to realize the Country Cream is open, I toss the frosty and stop in for a real-deal treat.
  
  Cash only.
  
  Fried foods. Haven't tried it. I come for the ice cream.
