  Food was NASTY.
  
  Very poor selection on the buffet, and every single thing I had was gross. Potatoes were obviously instant. The best thing was the salad.

  I will give them a three-star only because they are new. The owner/manager it's very loud and not very professional. The food was good the service was good. I will need to go back again to make my final decision. It is an expensive seafood buffet. Also they need to have some music playing in there.

  Reopened under new management 8 months later (Feb 1, 2013) , New owners from Crestview, but food preparation and menu items under new manager formerly retired Louisiana resident with food service experience of over 20 years.  Some new cajun items to be debuted.  Prices, and hours will be the same as before.

  People come from all around the area to taste this good country cooking. In fact, people that live in Fort Walton Beach and Panama City, FL have been known to drive an hour or more to come for the seafood buffet. My only complaint about Country Folks is that they aren't open seven days a week :)
