Do you enjoy poor service? Dirty and unsanitary conditions? Do you like waiting for your food for double or more the amount of time the waitress said it would take? Do you love finding not one, not two, but three hairs in your chicken wings? (before you ask "why didn't she stop eating them after she found the first hair?!"...the answer is I thought MAYBE it was my hair. When I found the second one which was thoroughly buried in the batter of the wing, I thought to myself: if I find one more hair I'm gonna write a very negative review on Yelp! So here I am because enough is enough. I have only written a couple reviews in my life so...yeah...it was a pretty disturbing experience as far as "1st world problems" go. You should know I have lived in the Veneta area my whole life and have been to Countryside many times (also I have been to the one in Eugene and don't recall any problems or nastiness there). Every time I end up there (Veneta), it is a mediocre experience at it's very best. I was always forgiving because their pizza is usually decent and it's "local" and you kinda just say "owell no big deal" and let it go. Well F that S! Go anywhere else in Veneta or drive to Eugene! Unless, (I'll reiterate) you like uncleanliness, bad service, and waiting a really really really long time for your food which will probably have a substantial amount of hair in it. If you see a balding waitress keep in mind she may also be the cook. Their motto should be: Countryside Pizza (Veneta): "Bringing health codes and customer service down to a level so low you didn't even know if was humanly possible!" Or Countryside Pizza: "We don't know how we're still open either!" Or Countryside Pizza: "We hate our jobs so we put our hair in your your chicken wings!" Or...ok one more...Countryside Pizza: "You've only got a few options in Veneta so we're gonna take advantage of that and be bitches with lots of loose hair...and we're not gonna worry about cleaning...and basically we just don't give two sh*ts! When's my smoke break, I don't care that this girl has been waiting an hour for a salad!" ....also it always gives my boyfriend horrible just awful toxic gas. Like, he could win a fight with a nuclear power plant. Ok I'm done. I hope I saved you from going there.

It's a hit or miss with this place, It can be great pizza or it can be crap. At least the wings are consistent. Word out on the street is that it has one of the nastiest kitchens in the county. The service is usually subpar, like no
one likes there job or gives a crap.

Unbelievably terrible experience in every way. Much as reviewer Jessica said. Dirty, flies everywhere, rowdy children. Why we did not leave I can't explain. But we were hungry, and the pizza sounded good. Wrong. Frozen pizza from the market would have been better by far. The chicken on it was dry and rubbery, and old tasting. The crust was some pre- made cardboard. Yuck. Ate two pieces, threw the rest away. No refill on the "bottomless" soda, we had to ask. The waitress never asked if the pizza was good, I'm sure she already knew. Had to wait at the unmanned counter for 5 or 10 minutes to get the bill. While waiting, my hubby looked in the kitchen and was horrified... Very dirty, food all over the floor. How this dump stays in business is a mystery. Lesson learned : when still in the parking lot of an untried restaurant, YELP the place before going in.
