Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

This was your standard Cracker Barrel. And as always the food was pretty good. But what makes me give this one in particular 4/5 stars instead of an average 3 is because of our waitress.
We came in very late and despite our waitress clearly preparing to leave for the night she was attentive and friendly. She took good care of use
If I was ever around the Brunswick area again I'd eat here again for sure.

Whenever I'm in Brunswick I look forward to stopping for supper at Cracker Barrel.  The food is good, the prices are reasonable, and they're located right off of I 95. I love looking at the items for sale in their country store, although I rarely buy anything.  Some day I'll break down and buy one of the rocking chairs they have in  front.

I enjoy their food.  I love vegetables and theirs are delicious.  I'm happy with their country vegetable plate which includes any four vegetables.  I usually order mashed potatoes, country green beans, fried apples, and whole kernel corn.  My husband loves their pinto beans, breaded fried okra, turnip greens, and macaroni n' cheese.  If you like sweet drinks try their lemonade.

For dessert I get the fruit cobbler with ice cream.  It's worth the calories.  

The service is usually very good.

It's funny. I have two Cracker Barrel restaurants not far from my house.  One in Boynton Beach and one in Deerfield Beach.  Both are not far from I 95.  I've never been to either one.  But, as soon as I hit the road on a car trip, I start thinking about Cracker Barrel.  I've made up my mind.  I'm going to try the ones near my house.

My wife's parents were in town over the holiday because I a had a surgery scheduled and we just didn't want to do the whole 'cook a big dinner thing', so we went to Cracker Barrel. They had a special for Thanksgiving and it was great. Our server seemed a bit nervous (sorry, I don't remember her name) and spilled a few drinks and make some mistakes, but giving the amount of people there, I totally had no problem with that. The Manager was always available and greeted everyone as well as all the servers and other workers. We had a great meal, everything worked out just fine and I'll always be a fan of Cracker Barrel. I kinda wish I had ordered the meatloaf in hindsight since that's what I love, but I did the Turkey/Thanksgiving dinner and again, it was just perfect. Thank You.
