Back in 1987 I was visiting my friend whose parents made him live in Craigville during the summers, and we came here like we always did. He loaded several dollars into the jukebox, and by maybe the sixth time in a row that it played "Bad" by Michael Jackson, some guy came to the table and pleaded with us: "No more disco!" By the seventh time management took over and pulled the plug.
We tried to get served a few times in high school, and while we didn't look old enough anyhow, this sort of behavior probably didn't help. Back in those days they had a cigarette machine making it ridiculously easy for children to buy butts, so at least we had SOME way of being bad.
The pizza's just OK, but the subs are pretty good, and I've always loved the stuffed quahogs. Some of the Mexican is decent, but I don't recommend the "pinata pie" based on the after-effects I observed (with multiple senses) in my friend and the guy he split one with back in like 1998.
Love the pizza, and the summer staples - burgers and chicken fingers and fries - are good, but the other food here is mediocre. Service is slow and the place is always packed (in the summer), or else this would be a 4-star review.
Overall, if you're from the area, you know enough to pick up a pizza to go. Otherwise... Meh.
