  This restaurant located just off business I-35 near downtown has a pretty good breakfast and lunch buffet.  There was a good selection of hearty entrees and sides to satisfy even the most picky of eaters.   The buffet had King Ranch Chicken casserole, Salisbury steak ( both plain and stuffed with pepper jack cheese and jalapenos.  YUM!), beef tips and rice, green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy, tossed salad, rolls, and cobblers.   The price of $8 included a drink so this makes it a great value for anyone.   The staff was very attentive and friendly even as the place filled up with all of the town's residents, Police, Fire, and city personnel, and the numerous oilfield workers in the area.
