This place was a great find on my recent girls vacation! The outdoor karaoke brought us in but the super friendly staff and great food and drinks were why we stayed until closing! Must must must try the signature crazy coconut drink (actually served in a coconut), can't remember what was in it but trust me, it was yummy!

Like I said, the staff was great, made you feel like family! The owner personally introduced himself to us and made sure that we were having a good time!

Definitely going back again next time we're in town!

My girlfriends and I recently came here for a Bachelorette party. We had an absolute blast! The waitress was awesome. There was great drink specials and yummy appetizers! The karaoke was a riot! Super fun atmosphere! The dude that puts it on, is hilarious and will even serenade with you! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone that wants to have a good time in Palm Springs

Tasty burgers, hilarious servers (Gina!), warm & welcoming owner (Bryan!)...Who could ask for more?!

    Oh yeah, karaoke!

Ask for their crazy coconut, or their cinnamon toast crunch shot.  I was the only one at the table that doesn't drink, so I had a virgin crazy coconut (still delicious!), but everyone else was ordering one after another after another...

Crazy coconut = crazy awesome good time!

PS- Best misters in Palm Springs, y'all!

This place is great. The KJ is out of control. Look no further for wanton debauchery.

Crazy Coconut is a cool place to wet your whistle, Yvette got $5 coconut margarita which tasted like a Pina Colada and a Margarita got it on and 9 months later had this concoction. I kept it simple with a Goose Head IPA, very good and a Hefewiezen they had on tap, both were under $6 each. I enjoyed that they had sports on a smaller TV to the right of the bar and directly in front they had a huge screen with the Big Bank Theory on. This place and the bartenders were very cool, would come back.

Let me preface this by saying this is only regards to my experience at the Coco Loco in regards to karaoke on a Saturday night at the beginning of June. :-)

I was meeting up with some friends that were visiting Palm Springs as I drove in from Riverside where I was in town for work from Houston. Got all that?  I am a karaoke junkie and was looking for a place to hang out.  Bryan (or Brian) welcomed us in from the sidewalk, and we grabbed a table on the patio where the karaoke is.

Gina quickly came to see about us getting beverages and responded poisitively to my phrase from he show Martin, "Damn, Gina!"  So it was starting off to be a good night. There wasn't too long of a list, and I signed up. I started out with my staple, "Use Me" by Bill Withers.  And that is when the night seemed to take off. The mics are cordless, so I was able to work the whole patio area while I was singing.  And I think people are inclined to be more involved with the performance when the performer involves them.

So the night kept on with a few a bachelorettes stopping by and people in and out. The "Harlem Shake" went down, I just hope that pole is okay and that no one was traumatized by watching that.  I blame the KJ, Adam!  He let me harmonize with him on a song or two.

The night ended with me performing "Oops oh my" and dancing inappropriately with a bachelorette.  I hope that I didn't mess up her wedding plans!  I had a great night and was dripping with sweat when it was all said and done because I had put out so much. And that has not happened for a long time. The only reason there are not five stars attached to this review is because the placement of the monitor does not give you a chance to address the audience unless you pretty much know the song.

If you like Awesome food and cheap prices, you'll love this place.

I came for lunch with a friend, and had an awesome time. We were the only two customers there, and that is surprising. Ethan the bartender made us the best drinks we ever had.

I had the Ol Blue burger, with bleu cheese and jalapenos and bacon. my burger was so delicious and well prepared that I had to meet the man that made it. Tall, Tattooed, and Intimidating Tom. shook his hand and thanked him for finally showing me someone in Palm Springs knows how to make a burger!

my friend had a sandwich called a mother clucker! that mother F***ker was delicious! some sort of coconut battered chicken awesomeness with pineapple and terriyaki sauce.

our lunch was such a success that we went back for karaoke later that night. both Ethan and Tom told us it was a great time, and they weren't lying. Bryan the owner is a blast! these people know how to have fun, and that makes it sooo much easier for the customers to get into the fun too!

If you're downtown, and you're hungry, this is the only place to go. Hands down the best burger I've ever had. PERIOD. creative food too! that chicken sandwich is on fire! the drinks are DELICIOUS and cheap! this place must have the crazy in it's name for the prices, because the quality of food and drink is the best downtown by far!

The owner Jesse is a saint. Not only was this bar amazing fun but I've never had a more understanding business owner.

Long story short, one of my girlfriends I was with got too drunk and started causing some trouble. She was eventually kicked out after causing quite a scene. After we left to take her home, we came back to get one of our other friends that stayed to close our tab. When we got back we were nervous to go back in because of the trouble caused, but as soon as we walked up the owner saw us and had the nicest chat with us. He congratulated my friend on her engagement and said the sweetest words of encouragement AND he bought us a round of drinks. It was the kindest gesture and really saved the night after such an evening of drama.

Ok enough about that - on top of the best bar owner ever, they had a great DJ and affordable drinks. The atmosphere was really fun and it was the perfect place for a night out!

I have been to Palm Springs twice in the last year......I visited the Crazy Coconut on both occasions.
I loved the food so much I came back only to be recognized after six months by the owner Bryan!
The food is still as awesome as ever......I would say the best burger in Palm Springs by far. (yes I have need to the "other place".
Great atmosphere awesome staff - all around fun place to go.

Super friendly staff. The bartenders are fast and make good quality drinks. I stopped in for a mid afternoon drink while walking around downtown, and my wife is still talking about the coconut drink Cass served up in an actual coconut. Would stop by again, and next time we'll try a few shots.

Well... Where do I start?! This place is awesome! I completely under estimated this place and let me tell you everything was good! I had a burger with jalapeños, pepper jack cheese and bacon with garlic fries. So good. The rest of my family all decided to be so very adventurous with getting all wedge salads, called "The Wedgie". Funny. The blue cheese dressing was so good- and in this family we are very picky about dressings. Next lets talk about the drinks.... My mom and I got margaritas and they were amazing. Ethan, the bar manager, made the drinks and he told us that he would make a good margarita- he was not kidding! I had to have another because the first one was just too good. Not only can he make a good drink he was nice to look at too ;) with a great personality. Our server, Alissa (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) was great! Service with a smile here. I highly recommend eating here!

Parked and wandered in the direction that we thought it was and what can we hear from blocks away?  Karaoke!  It helped guide us in the right direction!  So we go in and see the awesome giant pirate ship hanging over the bar and decide, yes we must do our drinking here.  We sit outside, which is large than the inside.  The service is great and they are all dressed up.  Not sure if this is an everyday thing but it is called the "crazy" coconut so maybe that's the norm.  The drinks are yummy and fun and strong and delicious.  The crazy karaoke is neat-o, all the peeps that work there sound good and have a crazy fun time.  You can tell these people know how to party, all just having fun, hula hooping and singing and dancing out into the street.  I did also try some cheese fries, and yes they were cheesy!  Yum!  If you need to potty, follow the yellow brick road.

This place is so much fun!! I have been many times, and the burgers and the drinks are great. I cannot sing but the Karaoke bar itself it way too much fun. Bryan makes you feel right at home, and everyone is there to have a good time.  I cannot wait to go back.  It is a great place for young and old alike!

I've been to hundreds of restaurant's and The Crazy Coconut is by far the worst. The service was a joke. Servers were running around with their head cut off and they were under some assumption we didn't want food. After finally flagging down a server we ordered and waited for 30+ minutes.

Our nachos came out and the meat and cheese was cold to the touch. Fish tacos barely had any fish in them an the blended margaritas were mostly ice. Also, my fries were cold and bottom of the barrel, yes the tiny small ones no one wants. You know what I'm talking about.

    What a joke.

We then waited yet AGAIN just to ask for our damn check and the waiter girl put the entire total on my card when we asked her to only put $16.

    Worst. Restaurant. Ever.

You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

Decided to stop by again and give it another try since my last bad experience. The table was dirty and they look like they reuse the paper coasters over and over because you can see drink stains on the other side and dirt smudges all along the sides. It was partly empty with patrons. The girl that waited on us was cheerful but, has a tendency to sit at the table with you as she converses and takes your order. Of course,  no bathrooms so you have to go down the walkway to the back of the adjacent building that is REALLY BAD!  Limited menu and nothing really stands out as being impressive.  I ordered the fish tacos and my buddy ordered the BBQ chicken sandwich. It took over 20 minutes to get served. The other 2 tables that where seated 5 minutes after us got there food before we did. My  buddy stated that the BBQ sandwich was ok. The fish tacos left me looking for the fish. There was maybe 1 table spoons of fish per taco and smothered with lots of cabbage to make them look big and a sauce that they have dripping all over. Big disappointment. We decided to not be back again for slow service, plain food and not that clean. Makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like.

Went during Dinah shores weekend because of the great Yelp reviews and proximity to the Hilton. Our food was yummy, I got the fiesta wrap. The drinks were strong, and our server was great and so nice. We were sitting outside next to a guy who had "White Pride" tattooed on his arm in really big lettering (Two of us in the group were Asian) so it made us pretty nervous at first.. During our meal, he leaned in and started chatting with us- turns out he works there. He spent a good ten minutes talking about how they make all of the food from scratch; he seemed passionate about the food and couldn't be any nicer to all of us.. guess some people get bad tattoos when they're younger and are just stuck with them, right? Later on, I met the owner, Bryan who was so sweet! Told him we had a great experience and he told us to swing by again and he'd get us a drink. Great service, great owner, great food, strong drinks- what else could you ask for? Next time I am in town I will make a point to stop by here for dinner and drinks!

visited here with my brother back in November and loved it. Only one other couple was there but Ethan, the bar tender, was lovely and made us some excellent drinks. Nachos were lush, bar is cool and fun, the owner's daughter hung out with us for a while too....PS was pretty dead when we were there but Crazy Coconut made our trip!

One of the largest selections of draft beers in Palm Springs.  Super friendly staff.  The food was a little salty for my tastes, but it was prepared well and they had no problem meeting my gluten-free needs.  Very limited seating indoors.  Can get really loud when the karaoke is going on the weekends.

This place makes me feel like I am sitting in anyone of Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville.  The bar has a HUGE pirate ship strung over the top.  The bartender makes some fabulous Bloody Mary as well. He makes it right there with all the ingredients from scrath - and adds a hefty amount of vodka as well.  The bar connects to the outdoors, making it feel like you're on a beach with the way the breeze comes in and out.  Definitely recommend if you want to stop in on an afternoon and grab a drink.

Oh, and they have two huge screens behind the bar, perfect for watching sports.

I'm a huge fan of the Crazy CoConut, maybe its the food and drinks or a combination of Food, Drinks and Bryan!  Of course I go during a night of Karaoke starring Bryan himself encouraging folks to relax and simply have a good time.   The drinks were superb and the food was very tasty.

Bryan will make you feel like family and the energy in this place will leave you wanting more.  I highly recommend the Crazy CoConut!

The Crazy Coconut became a frequent spot of ours while I was on a film shoot in Palm Springs.

What drew us in was the price, what made us stay was the staff, the well priced bar food, and the karaoke. The staff was truly great. The bartender has a show in LA I'm going to just for support because of how friendly he was. Enjoyed running in to some marines here who were in from 29 Palms. Great atmosphere.

Don't miss out on the karaoke Thursday-Saturday!

Four stars for good food, good prices, good times. :)

    And good water!

the only good thing about this place was the cheap Stone IPA beer. The food was terrible. I had the Tuna Melt and my boyfriend had the fish tacos. We were both disappointed in the food. The need new recipes because I have never had a tuna melt that I didnt like until I came to this place.

I was showing someone around Palm Springs for the first time when we stopped into the Crazy Coconut for lunch. We had some delicious fish tacos and sweet potato fries. And the staff were so friendly and helpful! We were there during a very important football game and they were kind enough to change the channel and fix the sound (which required a stepladder!) so that I could enjoy the game to the max. Which I did. Go Bruins!

The Crazy Coconut is a great place, if not the best, to hang out at while visiting Palm Springs!!

Bryan, the owner, welcomed everyone that was there with open arms and I don't know what the lady below is talking about because they are obviously a very gay-friendly establishment!!

This place is FUN! you and your friends and/or family will have an awesome time. Will definitely be back next time I'm in town.

The service was slow & the bartender had an attitude. The girl working the Karaoke machine blatantly asked for a tip , after my friends sung their song. She actually handed them the tip "pitcher". I won't be back. I'm giving this place 2 stars because my friend liked the fish tacos and one of the karaoke hosts was friendly and outgoing.

Great! I have to say their tacos are pretty darn good. And the staff is really friendly and like to interact with the guests. Feels like home and a place I'd go again to hang out and have fun with friends. Easy to find location in downtown Palm Springs.

The Crazy Coconut get's the trophy for the worst margarita I've ever experienced. The thing tasted like Sprite + club soda + sandpaper? Something along those lines. This is the first time I've ever been handed a gigantic margarita for an affordable price (for Palm Springs) and was instantly regretting it.

Karaoke was absolutely terrible, but the guy running it had a good attitude and a nice voice, and I appreciated his occasional country selection. However, hearing "Baby Got Back" three times in a row from three different performers? NO.

The bathroom is not in the bar and you actually have to go back behind the building into a dark alley, which is creepy, especially if you're going along.

The staff was friendly, but unfortunately couldn't save this sinking ship. Bah ha.

Walked by Thursday night and it was dead. Kept on walking. Friday night, 20 people between the patio and bar. Why not.
Karaoke at possibly the worst I've heard. At least they're having fun but at my expense.
Bartender was great and when one of the group could not decide, the signature Coconut Relaxer was mixed up. Sweet drunk's mother, this will go down smooth and but leave you in the morning feeling empty and cheep.
Entertainment and value, the Coconut has it. See if you can spot the pirate ship and good luck with the bathrooms. It's an adventure all around.

We went to use the restroom and get a mid Saturday drink. The place was packed at about 2pm, and the tables that were open were dirty.  They don't have a bathroom, but tokens for a bathroom behind the next building over.  I had to step over a homeless person to get to the restroom...and the bathroom was nasty.  I asked for a tall Captain and Diet (my safe haven) and got it short and strong.

We saw the bar was place that welcomed dogs. The Giant and I thought that was cool. :)

I'd go back for karaoke.  :)

This is a limited review as we just had a mid afternoon snack.

My wife had a large bowl of home made vegetable beef stew $5 and she absolutely loved it.   I had a mini cheese burger (see my photo) and it was seriously good. Perfectly cooked, hand formed patty, on a super good soft bun roll. Oh yeah.... $3.25.

I think the lady that helped us was the owner, but she was supper nice!

We loved it and it hit the spot.
