  Dairy Land is a solid BBQ choice and one of my must stop locations whenever I'm traveling through Jacksboro.  Unfortunately, that's not as often as I'd like these days. The ribs and brisket are the best choices when deciding what to have.  Both are smoked expertly and have wonderful flavors.  Dairy Land has a great family friendly atmosphere and the staff treats you like one of the family.  Fair prices, great BBQ, and wonderful service make Dairy Land a must try BBQ joint in the state of Texas.

  Dairyland is the place to go when visiting or passing through Jacksboro, TX. Staff is very friendly and I love the nice cozy atmosphere to it has. I llove the barbecue ribs and chopped beef sandwich. Tastes very good and I recommend this place to anyone that is in Jacksboro.

  I yelped this place & we took a chance- am I EVER glad I did!!!
  
  They have something for everyone- BBQ, chicken, ribs, catfish-
  
  Everything was incredible!
  Hubby got a BBQ plate with ribs, sausage, & sliced beef- beans & fries. Sides ok- ribs came dry and hubby added sauce.
  I got the chopped beef plate- with onion rings. I got my BBQ with sauce on it- OMG! Some of the BEST I'VE EVER HAD! Flavorful and the sauce yummy!!
  
  Lots of yummy ice cream flavors too! I got peach soft serve- I never get dessert but it was worth it.
  
  We will make the drive back just to eat here again.
  
  Homestyle cooking, friendly servers, I'm hooked!

  Stick with the BBQ here! Good, smokey flavored ribs and brisket. The chopped BBQ beef is great! I mixed a BBQ sandwich with brisket and smoked ham, Man, was it tasty! Old time restaurant but they have pretty quality food.

  Service was very friendly.  We'd already had lunch but were in the mood for a sweet bite to eat.  We were impressed by the variety of soft-serve ice cream they provide.  It was delicious!

  Sad to say, but the food was not that great.  The ribs were extremely dry...almost to the point of beef jerky and the chicken fried steak was average. At least the waitstaff was friendly.

  Small local joint with great flavor. The foo is great and the wait staff are friendly. I really like the Steak fingers, Chicken fried steak,  BBQ ribs, and the fried catfish.
