If you are wondering why this is only the second review on a DQ in a small town, maybe this will help. The DQ was built on serving good dairy cream. Some corporate genius playing with a spreadsheet came up with the idea of adding food to the menu. This might have been a good idea back before microwaveing everything became the norm. Someone at DQ HQ needs to stop at one of their locations after 7 PM, order a burger and fries then experience rubbery fries, a burger that was cooked maybe yesterday, but as the cashier will tell you "We always toast our buns". Are all DQ's like this, I sure hope not, but don't think it is my job to do DQ quality testing. My advice, stick to what got them to where they are and avoid the food menu.
