  BAD they took so long!! Some of the most horrible service we have ever recieved. This place took 20 mins to get us our food!

  so stopped at dairy queen today... the experience was just fine overall but I feel that I have no choice but to give this place one star for the reason below:
  
  I WAS POISONED.... yes. poisoned.
  
  Obviously not a lethal amount but I was served a blizzard that contained cleaning fluid in it... why you ask? An employee was midway through cleaning the blizzard mixer (they abandoned it for a bit) when mine was made. 9 bites in I was told to stop eating my ice cream IMMEDIATELY. I was not offered a refund. I was not  even given an apology. Sue?
