Cruising through the area, the DQ was a familiar sight, so we pulled into the drive through. Very cool 60s type retro building. However, the food we ordered was okay. The children's meal (grilled cheese, fries, soda) were fair. The food must have been sitting in the window too long because it lost its freshness and was lukewarm upon delivery. And unfortunately the chicken wrap was a disappointment and wasn't even filled. And customer service could have brought this review up a notch, but we weren't even greeted.
My suggestion to the management, step up and train your staff to be polite, friendly, have the food served when it's hot and ready, not after they've rearranged their area.
Disappointing experience. Nasty food. Unhealthy food to say the least.
