  Was driving through on the way to Myrtle Beach; wish we would have kept going before we stopped to eat.  Paid almost $12 for fried POPCORN shrimp (not what I was expecting from the "shrimp" advertised on the menu)!  At least the hush puppies are good (and super sweet).

  Really good local seafood...this restaurant has been in business at least 25 years or more, and packs them in every weekend especially.  Most customers are locals, and that says a lot.
  
  I've probably eaten at Dale's 100-150 times and will again.

  I have been here a few times and all have been very good. The rib-eye steak is very good. They have a small salad bar which is a one and done visit. Not sure if I care for that but everything else is good. The staff is very nice and service was quick.

  Dale's is a good ole family run business with that country flavor. If you love seafood and love it fried this is the place for you. Has a good crowd Fri's and Sat. So come on and get fed and enjoy some good ole country cooking fatty food... lol.. good ole NC home cooking

  Had heard from some fellow Myrtle Beach locals that this place was worth the 30 minute drive for their seafood. FALSE. We had the "Gourmet Seafood Platter" which had a little bit of everything, and nothing was very good. The hush-puppies had good flavor, although they were tiny; husband liked the fried oysters; the shrimp were actually miniscule salad shrimp....yuck! There is definitely better and cheaper seafood in MB, so I won't be making the trip out again! Sorry Dale!
