Took a buddy out to see the low water level at Medina and decided to stop in for a brew.
This place is local central. I really enjoyed sitting at the bar and being part of the conversation. The barfly, Tony, was a hoot. The woman behind the bar was extremely patient in dealing with his constant barrage of insults (all in good fun).
The beer was cold and well priced. The conversation low-brow but sparkling, and overall, just a fun little place to hang out for a bit.
Sorry, I didn't try the food.
This little Country Road stop sure does come alive the second the Sun Sets. With freezing -almost too cold to hold beer, and some neat food options. You can always expect to have a good time here. parking in the front and a great casual environment. They have a live band sometimes and Karaoke too. Its really cheap and its the closest thing to a honky tonk sensation your going to get in these parts. You can buy beer and drink it there or take it with ya! The service is friendly and you get to see a really local aspect of the surrounding area from the people that come to The Dancing Bear.
