Two words, friends: Sauerkraut pizza. (In the local parlance, a "combo with kraut.") Don't ask, don't think, just order. Otherwise, a small-town tavern in the traditional mode, with gambling (keno) off to the side for those who do that sort of thing and a decent selection of booze and brews. There's other food as well, but the pizza is what you're after -- you and the folks who fly in from around the region to get at this delicious dish.
