Had lunch today and it was 'all' good. Â I had an exceptional club on wheat with their homemade chips and my wife had the lunch special of snook with cabbage and a baked potato. Â The fish and the cabbage were excellent. Â Will go back and try their homemade bread pudding with rum sauce. Â Good food, friendly people and reasonable prices...a winning combination!
Review Source:Debbie's is a true "country" diner with great atmosphere. Â We eat here every couple of months when we take a drive through the beautiful VA countryside that surrounds this area. Â My favorite meal is the cold plate offered in the summer. Â My boys all love the "Build Your Own Burger." Â We love going to Debbie's!
Review Source:We tried out this place around dinner time on a week night. Our server, Jocelyn, was professional, pleasant and her fingernails were clean! We ordered some of the baked pasta dishes - pretty tasty and good portions for the price. The disappointing factors would be: possibly the last customer was a messy eater because there were crumbs left for us; guess even the bugs like this place because we saw an ant trying for carryout; and another server must have thought the condiment's tray was too heavy to lift when they were wiping the table down. I might visit again but it'd be nice to see a higher standard of cleanliness. (We know it's in the country but it don't mean country folk ain't clean!)
Review Source:Went this evening around 6:00PM. There were about 14 people there. The waitress seated us at a two top table against the wall. We asked if we could be seated in a four top table. Her reply was the management said only large groups are to be seated in a four top table. I told her we would be dining elsewhere. Thanks.... The restaurant was not crowded at all. I will not return.
