Desert Rose Casino

I don't think that the people writing some of these lousy reviews are talking about the same  Desert Rose Casino that I visit on occasion... Aren't  bar's suppose to be loud and people talking loud over music so there friends can hear them. Every time I have ever been in there the security staff, house keeping, bar tender's and cooks are all working there butts off to make it a safe and fun place to be... As for the music, everybody has there own likes, can't please everyone every weekend. For the most part the bands that play there have been "kickin butt"... I love the Desert Rose Casino and all the wonderful staff that work there, and thank you for making my time there so enjoyable... Sherri R

Set up in temporary buildings, gives it a very cheap and unappealing feel.

Lousy band on a crappy stage with a good-sized dance floor, separate from the casino proper (which I like).  

However, when I was in, there was a loud, obnoxious, vastly over-served group of locals shouting and hollering over the music, stumbling around the bar and dance floor, spilling drinks that no one mopped up, bothering my group with frequent calls and jeers at us...  And, to make it worse, they were shouting that one of them is an owner?  Surely that can't be right...  But she didn't seem to be paying for any of her drinks, the security staff watched them but didn't make any sort of move to control them or their behavior, and everyone there knew her by name, so...  Yuck.

Seedy little place full of obnoxious drunks.  Will never, ever, EVER set foot anywhere near this place EVER again.
