Dragoon Market & Cafe

These guys set up a trailer and sell lunches at the Amerind Foundation several days a week. I am staying at Amerind for two weeks, writing a book, and I have tried several of the sandwiches. They are all fantastic. The pulled pork sandwich has lots of pork, cheese, and they added a thick layer of green chiles. The burgers are big and delicious, with several varieties. The sandwiches are fixed fresh. I also tried their feta-spinach tort, which is very tasty. Haven't tried to burritos yet, but plan to soon.

Dragoon Market & Cafe (Dragoon Cafe) is a mobile food truck that serves great freshly prepared 'slow food' and specializes in catering & events.
