  A wonderful hometown store. This store has excellent service & offers everything from food to cards. I go in every time I'm in Rural Retreat.

  The Dutch Pantry is an Amish general store that offers a little bit of everything.  Basically, it's a grocery store / bakery / delicatessen / gift shop.  The baked goods, especially the homemade bread and rolls, are phenomenal.  
  
  If you ever find yourself in the area, do yourself a favor... pull off the interstate and drop by Dutch Pantry for a lunch break.  Their chicken salad on homemade bread is pure awesome!
