East River Chinese Restaurant

I love the crab Rangoon's!  Best I've found anywhere. My wife and I eat here about once a week. Good service, good value and great crab Rangoon's! They have a hint of onion that makes them stand out.General Tso Chicken is my favorite and the chicken with broccoli is my wife's favorite. I usually stick to those but have tried some of the other dishes and have never been disappointed. Usually it's the generals ran-goons though. if you order i would hurry up cause the food is done in 10 minutes or less, and like most food it's best hot.

I will admit, I was a little nervous to eat here due to no other reviews and each time I have drove past the place.....you see maybe one car. Plus we stopped there in July to eat but the A/C wasn't working too well so we didn't stay.

I met a friend for dinner and really loved it!  I ordered The Veggie Delight dinner.....it came with Hot and Sour Soup, fried rice and 2 crab rangoons, all for $8.  The soup was brought out in plenty of time to enjoy before the main dish.  I am so very picky with Hot and Sour soup and rarely find any I like. This was awesome.....I can guarantee I will stop in often just for that soup!  

The veggies were cooked perfectly.....nice and crisp.  There was just the right amount of sauce so the flavor of the veggies shined!

They offer a huge menu with reasonable prices and the staff are so very nice.  Family atmosphere and a view of the River.
