  We stopped in here on the way back from Louisville, KY.  A roadside Mexican restaurant that sits right next to a nightly stay hotel.  It looked super shady and the shut down gas station in front of the building didn't help me think this was going to be great food.
  
  I was dead wrong.  I order the Chuletas Adobadas and they were incredible.  Truly some of the best Mexican food I've had.  My wife and mother in law split fajita nachos and they were amazed at the quality of the meat, cheese and the whole dish.
  
  Net--this place is a gem in the mountains of Kentucky.  Food snots, make no assumptions, other than this place being great.
