I was pleasantly surprised to find decent Mexican food in Butler of all places, where the only other (non mega chain fast food) restaurant is a greasy diner where literally everything on the menu is deep fried (and you can tell that is the main diet in town by the look of the locals). So if you want some real food, and you are in or near Butler, come here!
I had a grilled fish dish with refried (no lard!) beans, which admittedly was a custom order. But they did a fan-tastic job, and everyone I was with were really happy with their orders.
They have a parking lot out front (Im from Los Angeles where parking lots are almost non existent, so this is a big deal for me!), and it was cool and air conditioned inside on the hot summer day that I was there.
My advice to those who own/work there is to do your best at getting a good command of the English language, because you are not going to find Spanish speakers in this area of the world, and people in this area might be prejudice against non English speakers, unlike Southern California where I live, where everyone can at least order their food in Spanish.
