I usually stop by In-N-Out for a break and food on my way up and down CA. But my girlfriend wanted something new. We found this place on yelp. It's about two miles away from all the fast food places around. Â The truck seemed mundane, nothing extraordinary. The choices were similar to the usual things you can find at other places: asada/pastor/pollo/lengua/cabeza in taco/burrito/torta/quesadilla (i may be missing a few things). We tried the burrito and a few tacos, and the flavors were very good. Three tacos and a burrito costed $8 (no prices to be seen on the truck). People in front of us ordered quesadillas that looked delicious and is a must try next time we drive by. You could order it with two meats, and it looked like it was more than just meat and cheese. It seemed like it had cabbage and other vegetables in it as well.
Review Source:Located in an unlighted dirt parking lot on the outskirts of a residential area on the main road. My friends and I decided to be adventurous and try it. The guy working the truck was really friendly and tried to help us with the menu. I got the asada burrito (rice, beans, tomatoes, asada), my friends got tacos with various meats and the tostada. The asada was tasty and the burrito size was filling for $4. Better than taco bell down the road for sure. Everything tasted good and was worth the price. Nothing that stands out as really crave worthy though. Venture outside the norm if you are in the mood for trying some street Mexican food and look for this truck. Giving it a 4 for authenticity and being in the middle of nowhere eating a burrito on a folding chair adds to the ambience
