Wonderful Fresh Salsa
During our trip to OK, we ate at 4 different Mexican restaurants and this place in the small town of Perkins was one of the best! The fresh salsa had a nice balance of heat and flavor and paired perfectly with the crisp cooked chips.  
All meals in our party were thoroughly enjoyed.  The Huevos Rancheros were cooked to perfection; the carne asada tacos were tender and served on nice small corn tortillas which enabled one to taste the meat.   The carnitas were cooked perfectly and not greasy.   The refried beans stood out because they contained real beans and were not just a puree on the plate.  One thing I loved is that each member in our party was given a small dish for their salsa, instead of having to reach across the table to dip their chips!
The service was quick and friendly. I highly recommend stopping by Perkins, OK if traveling nearby.
