I am not a big fan of Mexican food, however this is a good place to eat.
The service is good and the wait is always minimal. The chips and cheese dip and fantastic. The thing that sets this Mexican restaurant apart for me is the freshness of the ingredients. Do yourself a favor and
order burritos with green chili sauce poured over it. It is the best I have ever had. This place has a huge menu, so I am sure you will be able to find something you like. You can always get the Burrito Gigantico, which of course is a burrito that hangs over the plate smothered in the cheese dip. It is huge, and quite tasty. Enjoy.
I was a little disappointed in this joint. Mostly because of the value of my meal. Â For $9 I got a tiny cheesesteak taco (it literally fit in the palm of my hand) and some rice and beans. Â There were maybe 3 ounces of steak, some onions, and cheese in the tortilla. Â The four bites it made were really good though. Â When asked about the portion size, the waiter shrugged it off. Â There is nothing special about the chips, which were kind of stale, and the salsa...although the salsa had a nice kick to it.
On the positive side, my wife and kids ordered better than I did and their food was tasty. Â My wife ordered a chorizo tostada with avocados that was delicious. Â The kids menus are longer and offer more choices than most places.
