El Tapatio

My daughter and I stopped in here about 9pm one Friday night due to the highway being closed. The staff was friendly and accommodating to us even though I think they were getting ready to close.  The food was good, I had an avocado tostada, and the ingredients were fresh and tasty

First the good: Salsa was pretty good, but very watery. Cabbage (slaw?) was pretty good as well.

Bad: Over priced, in my opinion. I'm from Texas and know Mexican food, this "food" didn't come close to the good stuff. I ordered the Veggie Chimichanga and was upset to find out that the $10 fried burrito I ordered was full of the frozen mixed veggies you and buy at Walmart.

Very good food and service, but can be expensive unless going for lunch on weekdays.
