How can such an amazing Mexican restaurant be in rural western PA? Â I lived close to Manhattan for a couple of years and El Toro is far better than anything in the NYC area.
The service is professional, prompt and the waitstaff is highly knowledgable about the menu.
There were 6 of us dining and we all had traditional Mexican fare. We all agreed that the best Mexican food is not in Mexico or Southern California but at El Toro in the middle of nowhere western PA!
