Best little lunch spot on the I5! Delicious and cheap and not fast food. Support a local food truck. Hint: avoid the beef and go for the carnitas.

Eh, if you like your carnitas crispy, skip across the street and go to Tita's.

We were on our way back from L.A. and had planned to stop at Tita's for our carnitas and pupusas fix.  While in Arco, the man was told that the food was better at Elsy's so we decided to go there instead.

Bad decision.  While it wasn't horrible, I had my heart set on Tita's and this certainly was not Tita's.
