Emilio's Italian Restaurant

Just heard the owner is still lying about the charge. SO sad. What happened to taking responsibility in this country? These guys just don't get it. Guess we'll see how it turns out in court. Poor dining public in Staunton--so many places, such a small town, and these guys can't tell the truth and take responsibility for their actions. I, for one, will NEVER eat here again.

Just had dinner here.  I am from northeast where good Italian restaurants are plentiful.  I was skeptical about going o n Italian restaurant in Staunton, va.  Well, much to my surprise, this place was a real gem.  Salads were very fresh and tasty.  I had the pasta pomodoro con basilica.  Delicious.  My wife ad the chicken sorretino, which costed of a beautifully cooked chicken breast with eggplant, mushrooms, a little fresh tomato, and mozzarella in a lovely wine sauce.  This place was not expensive especially for the quality of the food.  My pasta was $14 and came with the salad.  My wife's dish was $20 and came with a salad (choice of Caesar or house) and a side of pasta.  I will definitely return.

Came here for a company dinner. We had arancino (fried rice balls), antipasto plate, calamari. I liked the calamari and the arancino. Antipasto plate was regular assortment of olives, cold cuts, mushrooms, and peppers.  

For my entree, I had gotten the lobster + shrimp pasta. The lobster was a bit mushy on some parts (not fresh) but for most part was pretty good. There was a lot of garlic inet  the pasta and about 6 shrimps. Good portion, just wasn't outstanding in flavor.  

Dessert, I got the sorbet covered in white chocolate. It was again ok.... I enjoyed the Split Bananas gelato so much more!
