Family Steakhouse

Very poor service.  Was seated at a dirty table and had to ask the waitress 3 times to wipe the table down.  Keep in mind they were not busy.  I ordered the buffet.  There was soup offered but no soup bowls.  I then went to the salad bar and there was no lettuce.  So i went to the hot bar and sampled a little of everything.  The only thing that seemed fresh on the bar was the fish.  The chicken was very dry and so salty it was unedible.  The beans sat so long they would stick to the ceiling.  The mac and cheese was horrible.  It was on the hot table so long the pasta soaked the water up and turned to soup.   Overall the food is very bad and very very bland.
