Awful. This is the only location I've had an awful experience in twice, maybe three times...but everytime. The only good one is in downtown Huntington because it's a better bar scene. I dont like the atmosphere at the one in Teays Valley. My burger was awful. You can't order them to cook them how you prefer bc they are already frozen, so I hear. Not to mention they are full of fillers....not good. Not good food. Now on to the service, my server was absolutely awful!! Never had such a joke of a waitress before. My girlfriend ordered a mix drink and the server asked my girlfriend to find how to make it on her phone. Really?? lol That is the bartenders job, not the customer's job. Second... at one point the server asked if we would be needing her anytime soon because she needed to go outside for a break, I assume a cigg break. It was just awful. I don't reccommend this place.

While the staff were friendly and helpful, I really have nothing good to say about the food other than it was priced cheep, or the environment which resembles a cheep bar scene. They burger I had was dry, tasteless, and a lousy excuse of a burger. When I asked the waitress if they could bring me a burger that was a little less cooked she told me that they precook them and that they all come at the same temp.  The Jukebox blared rap music so loudly that if made me uncomfortable and just flat our annoyed. I thought the choose of music for a "family restaurant" was ill-favored and disrespectful. I don't think I will be going back for dinner their anytime soon.

The burgers here are obviously frozen and not cooked to order.  They also give you chips instead of fries and make you pay extra if you want fries or onion rings.  If you like fast food burgers like five guys then this is the place for you.  If you are a foodie then stay away.
