I am giving this place 2 stars only because the sangria was good and  you can see the ocean from the location.  But not ideal for wine "tasting". The owner didnt have wine to taste, he would tell youa bout a wine he wanted to sell for the day and thats it.  We went there to taste wine not be forced to buy a glass from the bottle he chose to open.  This place is SO SO.  Go for the view and a glace of sangria and that is it.
