As a music venue, this place totally sucks.  I attended two shows here during the bluegrass festival, and decided that I won't be attending any more shows here in the future.

The root of the problem?  The layout.  The room in which the stage is located is very, very long.  The bar is located in the middle of that room.  This makes it impossible for more than about 50 people to have a reasonably good view of the stage.  There were probably 200 people at the shows.

The second night, some drunkard virtually accosted me with his complaints about how the sound booth is in the middle, not the back, of the room.  OK, bro, I see your point, but I didn't make the decision to move the soundboard...

Oh, and it was hot in there.  And crowded.  I didn't stay at the second show for more than 45 minutes, because it was just not enjoyable, despite the fact that there was a great band playing.
