Fort Griffin & Beehive Saloon

Don't know about the Beehive in Abilene,Texas , but the one in Albany ,Texas is an awesome place to eat at . We have eaten there on numberous occassions and I would highly recommend eating at the Beehive in Albany,Texas too . The people there are very friendly and service has always been great and we have had a great time going and eating our steaks from the Beehive in Albany,Texas . We will have rescently went over to the Beehive and eaten on a Thursday night while they were having an all you can eat Shrimp and we have loved it alot . We took our nephew out and his newly to be wife there also and the service was totally awesome . The food is just fanstic and again I would go back there every chance we get . The owner has been there everytime we have eaten there and has came by our tables on serveral times to check to make sure things were just right . So if you are looking for a great place to go and eat and enjoy the great food(s) they have go to the Beehive in Albany,Texas because they are the bomb. Can't say enough about the Beehive in Albany,Texas because there really isn't any words that I can say other than its the top and its alot better than Texas Roadhouse or the Outback, or even Salt Grass , or RedLobster, or Seafood Tavern is . The cooks there at the Beehive and the wait staff are really great folks . And they love what they do and they do it well .

great food , specially the steaks . I love the filet with baked potato. It's phenomenal!!
If stopping for lunch try the steak sandwich , its not your regular Philly cheese steak , this is a ribeye sandwich pile up with onions , mushrooms, peppers and cheese.

Very good food.  Salad bar was great.  Eclectic atmosphere.  Service was slow but they had just had a really large group.
