Hmmm.....I wasn't sure if I really wanted to add this place....I am tempted to keep it an unspoiled secret. This is a small gas station/convenience store, in the middle of nowhere.  The big feature  is the restaurant located in the back of the store.Nothing fancy,seems so bizarre that a place like this has such good food. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinners. I have yet to try breakfast ,but I am told it is very good, large and cheap. I did eat dinner here this summer. Big portion of prime rib, baked potato, salad and dinner rolls. The prime rib was excellent, and the whole meal cost about 14.00   INCREDIBLE!!   I am told this place was purchased many years ago by the former head chef of Charlies cafe, and he started the restaurant. I'm not sure if this is true, but it sounds like an interesting story. The place is a drive from most anywhere, but well worth it if you  are up north. I think the best dinner deals are on fri. sat. and sun. (fish, prime rib and jumbo shrimp).  Any other Yelpers been here? (bet not). 1-14-12......Closed! I hope they will reopen soon.
